Refund policy

At Toki Essence, every product is carefully formulated, sealed, and quality-checked before it reaches you. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.

No Returns on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on skincare products after delivery. This ensures that every customer receives products that are safe, untouched, and uncompromised.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, inner box, and product

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

All Toki Essence products are non-returnable unless:

  • The item is damaged in transit

  • The wrong product was shipped

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (for damaged or incorrect items only) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
